Returns, Refunds & Keeping Things Simple
Changed Your Mind? No Problem (As Long as It’s Within 60 Days)
Hey, it happens — sometimes you buy something and later think “maybe not”. Don’t worry, we’ve got you! Just send the item back to us within 60 days of purchase. Easy, right?
Before you pack it up, here’s what we’ll need:
The item must be in the same condition you received it, so no experimenting with it, please!
It needs to be unused (no “just trying it out” and deciding later).
Keep the original packaging intact (bonus points if you put it back in as neatly as you found it).
Don’t forget proof of purchase and your returns number (we’ll sort that out when you contact us).
Unfortunately, if it’s been more than 60 days, we can’t issue a refund or exchange. Rules are rules, and we don’t make them up (okay, maybe in this case we did).
Drop us a line if you have any questions — we’re here to make your return as painless as a rare baby nap moment. 💤
If you’re returning a gift (maybe it wasn’t quite your vibe, or you received two of the same thing – it happens), just a heads-up: we’ll refund the gift giver directly, which means they’ll find out about your return. Awkward? Maybe. But honesty is the best policy, right?
Shipping Your Return Back to Us
Contact us on Team@bestfirstworstbabybook.com and we'll share a unique return reference number and return address for shipping your item back.
Now, the fine print (but we’ll keep it parent-friendly):
You’ll need to cover the shipping costs for returning your item. These costs aren’t refundable. Sorry.
Pro tip: Always get proof of shipping and a tracking number when returning an item. It’s like insurance for your sanity in case your chosen carrier decides to send your return on an unexpected detour.
And a quick note: depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary (thanks, world geography!). But hang tight – we’ll work to get everything sorted as quickly as possible.
Still have questions? Reach out to us – we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible (because parenting is already complicated enough). 🌟
